Use of Information Collected by Us
SoulPower may collect two types of information from users of our Site: "personally identifiable information" (such as name and e-mail address) and "aggregate information" (such as age, frequency of visits to the Site, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed, browser type, zip code, etc.). We use this information in an effort to develop our Site, improve your experience on the Site and to communicate with you about Site updates, account notifications and to send you newsletters.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
SoulPower only collects personally identifiable information that is voluntarily provided by users of the Site when users register on the Site (“registered members”) in order to: (i) upload audio file(s)/songs to be reviewed by the public and/or persons in the music industry, (ii) vote for your favorite songs on the Site; and (iii) participate on the message boards provided on the Site. For example, when you register on the Site, you may be required to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and e-mail address. No personally identifiable information is collected from visitors to the Site who do not register. Registration is not necessary for visitors to the Site who simply want to review members’ song submissions.

Collection of Aggregate information
SoulPower also collects aggregate information, which is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as age, frequency of visits to the Site, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed, zip code, and browser type. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information.

Collection and Use of IP Addresses
In addition, SoulPower collects IP addresses to obtain aggregate information on the Site. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by a web server when you are on the web. When you are on our Site, we have a back-end server that logs your computer's IP address. We use the information we find out from tracking IP addresses in the aggregate, such as how many users entered a specific area of our Site. We also may use such information to identify a user if we feel that there are or may be safety and/or security issues or to comply with legal requirements.

Sharing, Selling, and Trading Personally Identifiable Information Collected Online with Third Parties
SoulPower may share personally identifiable information with third party service providers, such as service providers who send emails on SoulPower’s behalf. These third party service providers are not authorized to retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. In addition, registered member’s names/band names (not email address) will be available to the public and searchable via a database on the Site. In the following circumstances we may share or transfer personal information to unrelated third parties: (i) to comply with a legal requirement, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on SoulPower, (ii) to investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; (iii) in connection with the sale, purchase, merger, reorganization, liquidation or dissolution of SoulPower; or (iv) when we believe it is appropriate to do so to protect the rights, property, or safety of SoulPower or other persons. In addition, with your permission, SoulPower may share register member’s personally identifiable information with third party music industry professionals. Finally, SoulPower does not share, rent, sell or disclose your personally identifiable information collected on the Site to unrelated third parties for such parties own marketing and promotional purposes.

Message Boards/Blogs/User Submissions
On the Site, we provide areas for registered members to post comments, messages and upload audio/songs for others to review. Even if messages are deleted, we may retain copies and attendant information indefinitely. When you post messages (on discussion boards, message boards or blogs) or when you submit audio files to the Site, certain registration information, such as your registered member name and band name, may be available to the public. Also note that any personally identifiable information you include in the body of your message or audio submission will be available to the public so it is important for you to exercise discretion and appropriate caution when deciding to reveal personally identifiable information in these areas.
